In order to be credited with a referral your friend or family member MUST enter your name into the "How did you hear about the site" field at the time of account creation. Mobile Grocery Delivery will NOT honor requests for referral credits at anytime other than the time of sign-up and is NOT responsible if your friend or family member fails to enter your name into this field at the time that they sign-up for service.
